Boards
Use the board tabs to keep work separated by shop area. Each board has its own orders, notes, removed-order history, and unassigned notes.
Orders
Add a row with an order number or name, then move it across the pipeline with the arrow buttons or by dragging the active status cell. Use Edit Contact to save optional customer name, email, and phone details.
Tasks
Add simple order tasks as general work or current-stage work. Completed tasks stay visible, and task priority is separate from order priority.
Notes
Quick Notes attach automatically when they include a matching order number or clear order name. If a note has obvious separators, choose whether to split it into separate notes or keep it as one.
Recovery
Removed orders stay in History / Recovery for the current board so they can be restored without affecting other boards.
